as this item is gold filled, feel free to wear it doing activities, in the water, and sleep and the metal will not chance colouring.

please note, gold vermeil will ware, the gold plating will eventually rub off over time. it will last longer with proper care. once gold plate has worn off, the entire piece will be completely sterling silver. which will last forever. If gold plating does ware off, you can have it replated for a small fee.
