Local Pick-Up: You can pick up your order at our storefront located at #105-45939 Thunderbird Lane in District 1881, Chilliwack, BC. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions for pick-up.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know:

Exchanges and Store Credit:

  • We offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Please Note:

  • Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Store credits are issued for the current value of the item.

Because most Raquel Rosalie pieces are handmade specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. Thank you for understanding.

Reworks & Repairs: If your piece has been damaged, we’re here to assist. We offer repairs and guarantees for all our items. Here’s how it works:

  • Email us at hello@raquelrosalie.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • Repair fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage. For severe damage, replacement costs may be considered.

Lux Permanent Bracelet Warranty: All Lux Permanent Bracelets come with a 6-month warranty:

  • First month: Repairs or replacements for manufacturer defects are free of charge.

  • Months 2-6: Replacement chains are available at a 50% discount.

Since each Lux Bracelet is custom-fitted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are typically completed within 2-3 business days before shipment.

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping within Canada is handled by Canada Post.

  • International Orders: Shipping times vary. Packages typically arrive within 7-14 days, though customs delays can extend this to 4-6 weeks.

Customs & Import Charges: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Order Tracking: For added security, select a shipping option that includes tracking.

Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged and you selected a non-protected shipping option, Raquel Rosalie cannot be held responsible. To ensure your item arrives safely, we recommend choosing a shipping option with protection.

Estimated Shipping Times: In addition to processing time, here are the typical shipping durations:

  • Canada: 5-15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

  • USA: 10+ business days.

  • Europe & Australia: 14+ business days.

For faster delivery, Xpresspost offers a 2-business-day option with tracking included.
