LIMITED WARRANTY
Our Commitment to Craftsmanship
Your engagement ring marks a once-in-a-lifetime moment and is designed with intention, precision, and care. We proudly stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
Each custom engagement ring is protected by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, beginning on the day of delivery. If a qualifying manufacturing defect is identified within one year of purchase, we will repair the piece at no charge, subject to inspection and approval.
What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty applies exclusively to:
* Manufacturing defects in metal or structural components
* Defective craftsmanship present at the time of production
* Setting failures directly caused by production error under normal wear
All warranty determinations are made solely by our team following physical inspection of the piece.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
* Normal wear and tear, including scratches, surface wear, thinning bands, prong wear, or metal discoloration
* Damage caused by impact, accidents, improper handling, misuse, or neglect
* Bent rings or misshapen settings resulting from force or compression
* Loss, theft, or disappearance of the ring or any stone * Stone loss resulting from impact or external damage * Resizing or repair performed by any third party
* Alterations or modifications not completed by us
* Cosmetic changes that occur through regular daily wear
Any work performed by another jeweler voids this warranty in its entirety.
Stone Security and Insurance
We strongly recommend insuring your ring through a third-party jewelry insurance provider immediately upon receipt. This Limited Warranty does not serve as insurance and does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a claim, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Provide clear photos for a preliminary review. If necessary, you may be asked to return the ring for inspection using insured shipping.
Customers are responsible for insured shipping to our studio. Once a claim is approved, we will cover return shipping following repair.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether a repair qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this Limited Warranty
Repairs Outside of the Warranty
If an issue falls outside the scope of this Limited Warranty, we will provide a repair estimate for your approval prior to proceeding.

* This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
* Proof of purchase is required
* This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, except where prohibited by applicable law
* We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time; however, the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order
